Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
You are able to return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
